Training of professionals - Alcindo Antônio Ferla
Professor Alcindo Antônio Ferla is the coordinator of the Collaborative Government Health Network project, a cooperation program with the Ministry of Health, which maintains close cooperation with several universities and teaching and research institutions, as well as with the Unified Health System He is currently developing a program of evaluation research in basic health care in Brazil and permanent education for health system workers. The relevance is in the analysis of conditions of access and quality in basic care, with results to subsidize the formulation of public policies for the area, as well as in the provision of permanent education activities for service workers and professional trainers, articulating a cycle of double return to the Brazilian health system: through subsidies to health management and through training activities to workers and teachers of educational institutions.
