It is observed the link between masters and doctorates through the approval of graduates in the doctorate, which allows the formation of new doctoral boards in less time, but with a high quality index, since regimentally, the Program Collegiate can take advantage of credits obtained in disciplines of Master's degree programs at UFPA or another Institution that is part of the National Graduate System, obeying the equivalences, with no numerical limit, remaining within the same framework within the curricular structure, provided that they have been carried out in the last three (3) years, and the applicant student has obtained academic income equal to or greater than 70% (seventy percent), which corresponds to the "good" concept. The regimental requirement seeks to reconcile the Program's offerings with the tendencies of singularization of the academic pathways for post-graduation in Brazil and in the international scenario. The participation of the permanent staff and the students in congresses, the publication of scientific articles and books in national and international networks is growing; in joint projects and research networks with other Brazilian and international institutions; encouraging solidarity practices between the program and national and international teaching and research institutions in terms of the exchange of knowledge, and above all contributing to a more complete articulation between undergraduate and postgraduate education.
